Vinification:
Maceration takes place for 5 days in contact with the skins in a stainless steel container. Gentle compression with a pneumatic press. Maturation 30 months in oak barrels and 6 months in bottles. The wine is unfiltered.

Characteristics:
Bright orange peach color. Subtle and sophisticated wine with elegant tannins and noble resin and caramel notes. Rounded and medium strong taste with a light touch of wild herbs and flowers.

Food pairings:
Good wine for grilled chicken or turkey with grilled vegetables. Serving temperature: 10-12° C.
