Vinification: Sparkling Rosé Šoster is a dry sparkling organic wine made from Pinot Noir grapes according to the classic technology of champagne wines. The wine develops in a completely natural way, nothing is added or removed, and ripening occurs until the bottle is opened.

Characteristics: The light and gentle pink tones. The bouquet is berry-fruity, very ripe and juicy. The wine reveals aromas of wild berries and fruits reminiscent of strawberries and cherries. The taste is dry, fine and medium-bodied, very dynamic and charged. The bubbles are small and numerous, which seem to continue to ripen even in the mouth. The finish is short, light and soft, slightly vanilla.

Food combination: Grilled fish, seafood, shellfish. The wine is also goes well as an appetizer. Serving temperature: 8 – 10 °C.
