Volume: 750 ml.
Grape variety: Sauvignon Vert.

Vinification: 
Maceration 7 days in contact with skins and seeds in a stainless steel container. Gentle compression with a pneumatic press. Spontaneous fermentation. Natural maturing in oak barrique for 2 years.

Characteristics:
The wine is medium-deep amber in color with rich orange hues. The bouquet is ripe, reminiscent of oak, smoke, caramel and very light floral-herbal shades. In the mouth, the wine is dry, fresh, strong and clean. The acidity is high, the tannins are quite strong and stable.

Food pairings:
The wine goes well with poultry, grilled fish. Also, grilled mushrooms and vegetables will be a good company for this wine. To serve at 12 – 14 °C.
