• Sweetness: Dry.
• Vintage: 2014 – 2015.
• Volume: 750 ml.

Vinification:
Maceration 14 days in contact with skins and seeds in a stainless steel container. Gentle compression with a pneumatic press. Spontaneous fermentation. Natural maturing in oak barrique for 3 years. Ageing potential: 2020 – 2028.  

Characteristics:
Wine of deep garnet color. Warm ripe and intense fruity bouquet with hints of smoke, undergrowth, coffee beans and spices. The wine is dry, medium-bodied and very dynamic. The acids are high, the tannins are strong and rich, the wine is charged for a long time. Over the years, it will soften, while remaining the same fruity and fresh.

Food pairings:
It goes very well with barbecues and game with fruit sauce. Medium-ripe aromatic cheeses will very well underline the lively and fruity character of this wine.
Serving temperature: 14 – 16°C.
