Volume: 750 ml.
Grape variety: Merlot.

Vinification: Maceration 12 days in contact with skins and seeds in a stainless steel container. Gentle compression with a pneumatic press. Wine is fermented with the grapes yeast. Natural maturing in barrique oak barrels for 3 years. Ageing potential: 2020 – 2030.

Characteristics: The wine is ruby ​​red, deep but still not very dense in color. Over time, the color will become more saturated. The bouquet is already quite intense, fruity, with a distinct aroma of prunes and cherries. After some time, opening up in the fresh air, the wine begins to offer more shades. You can taste wild berries and dark chocolate. The wine is dense and full-bodied, with quite ripe tannins and very dynamic to the finish. The finish is long and smooth.

Food pairings: The wine goes well with not very fatty meat dishes, game or veal. Serving temperature: 16 – 18°C.
