White Wine Malvasia Fornazarič – Vipava Valley, Slovenia.
Vinification: Five hours of maceration, fermentation in stainless steel containers, then 4 months on fine lees in stainless steel containers.
Characteristics: Straw yellow in color. Dominated by tropical notes, and a delicate scent of acacia flowers. The wine tastes fruity, with an emphasis on freshness and elegance.
Food pairings: Fish, seafood, chicken, salads, cheeses. Malvasia is also a perfect aperitif. To serve at 10 – 12 °C.
