Characteristics: The wine is a deeper amber color. The flower is ripe, intense. It smells of dried figs and raisins, and oxidative notes are also detectable, which take us a bit into the world of sherries. A dry wine with high acidity, with an oily texture. The aftertaste of dried figs and caramel takes us back to the world of amontillado sherry. A very unique, special, niche wine.

Food pairings:
Pairs well with steak or any other strong-taste dishes and aged cheeses. To serve at 12 – 14 °C.
