Ageing potential: 2019 – 2024
The wine has the bottle maturing capability of 5 years or more. Over the years of ageing, the rich structure and harmony of aromas gain in complexity, elegance and bouquet. The wine stays fresh, fullness of taste and vitality thanks to the micro-terroir and the natural production method.

Maceration 12 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Each variety is fermented in separate stainless steel tank. Maturing: 8 months in stainless steel tanks, each variety mature separately.
White wine Vitis is made from the best selected grapes from terraced vineyards. Chardonnay imparts structure and fullness to the blend, Sauvignon adds a varietal character which is a result of selection, soil and microclimate, whereas Sauvignon Vert brings its extracted aromas. The final result is a harmonious blend.

Crystal, golden yellow in colour. The bouquet is persistent. Ripe apple and pear with a hint of citrus and almonds on the palate. Complex and fresh taste with mineral notes. Structural wine with a pleasant acidity. A full fruity aftertaste.

Food pairings:
Seafood pasta, dishes with white truffles, asparagus, turbot with artichokes, lobster, young chicken, pork tenderloin, medallion of veal in orange cream, veal roast, semi-mature cheeses.
To serve at 12 °C.
