Vinification:
Maceration 12 days in contact with skins and seeds in a stainless steel container. Gentle compression with a pneumatic press. The wine is fermented with the grapes yeast. Natural maturing in barrique oak barrels for 3 years. Ageing potential: 2020 – 2030.

Characteristics: The wine has a bright intense ruby ​​color. The bouquet is predominantly fruity, but with a good dose of spices and a noticeable hint of green pepper. The taste is pleasantly tannic at first, slightly bitter, followed by a fruity sensation, followed by a wave of salinity (minerality) and final freshness (acidity). At the finish, tints of wild berries (especially blueberries and raspberries) are palpable with the addition of vanilla, but without sweetness.

Food pairings: This wine is ideal for hearty meat dishes, as well as for a completely simple pizza with an abundance of tomatoes, cheeses and dried meat delicacies. Serving temperature: 16 – 18°C.
