Vinification: Shorter maceration in contact with the skins in a stainless steel container, and 6 months of maturing in oak barrels.

Characteristics: The wine is pink in color with dark ruby undertones. Rich, ripe and very warm fruity bouquet. A wine with a strong body (like all Bric wines) and a rather long, very smooth and soft aftertaste.

Food pairings:
Goes well with salad, pasta, grilled or dried meat. To serve at 10 – 12° C.
