Vinification: 20 days of maceration in contact with the skins in a stainless steel container, and 24 months of maturing in oak barrels. Ageing potential: 2021 – 2027.
The wine is deep purple in colour. It smells of cherries, dried plums with a light hint of wood. In the mouth the wine is dry, with high and lively acids and smooth silky tannins. Pleasant ripe wine, a little rough, with a slightly spicy finish.
Good for steak, barbecue, pasta or risotto. Serving temperature: 16 – 18° C.
