48-hour maceration, 12-month maturation on fine lees in a large oak barrel, then another 12 months in a stainless steel container. Bottled after two years of maturation in an underground cellar, further maturation takes place in bottles.
Golden yellow in colour. Intense bouquet, perceptible scent of herbs and acacia. It is full of flavour, mineral, with a pleasant aftertaste.
Chicken, foie gras, salads, blue cheeses or desserts. Also good as aperitif. To serve at 10 - 12 °C.
