Maceration 20 days in contact with skins and seeds in a stainless steel container. Gentle compression with a pneumatic press. Spontaneous fermentation. Natural maturing in oak barrique for 4 years and 6 months in bottles.
Wine of thick ruby color with purple hues slowly sliding down the glass.
Pleasant, very intense fruit bouquet with a noticeable presence of spices, leather and graphite.
The aroma is reminiscent of small red fruits and ripe plums, as well as dried figs. The taste is rounded, balanced, still fresh, with tannins that will still develop. The aftertaste is clean, full, long.
Excellent accompaniment to meat of all kinds, including poultry, especially grilled. It goes well with mushrooms, shrimp and mussels, as well as vegetable and vegetable-meat dishes.
Serving temperature: 16 – 18°C.
