 Organic Orange Wine Malvasia Selection Korenika & Moškon – Istra, Slovenia.

Vinification:
15 days on skins (maceration). Fermentation: inox (stainless steel), indigenous yeasts; malolactic fermentation with indigenous bacteria. Maturation: 10 months on the yeast in oak barrels, total in barrels 18 months. The wine is unfiltered. Production: biodynamic – certification Demeter. 

Ageing potential: 2019–2026

Characteristics:
The wine has a deeper amber color. The bouquet is intense, smelling of pine resin, dried apricots, earth and grated apples. Real orange wine, dry, salty, lower acid and oily texture. Stronger, a little bitter, with an intense taste and an even longer aftertaste. The taste in the mouth is very varied and persistent.

Food pairings:
Ideal for grilled fish or steak. To serve at 10 – 12 °C.
