Description

Red Wine Cultus Eclipse: Late Harvest Pinot Noir. Vipava Valley, Slovenia. 

Vinification:
Maceration takes place for 3 weeks in contact with the skins in a stainless steel container. Gentle compression with a pneumatic press. Maturation 13 months in oak barrels.

Ageing potential: 2018 – 2028.

Characteristics:
Deep red, almost black in colour. Dark berries dominate the bouquet followed by light herbal notes. In the mouth you will immediately experience the soft sweetness and intense fruit. The wine shows his strength as tight and concentrated.

Food pairings:
Veal, pork, game (deer, venison), rich fish (salmon, tuna, etc), poultry. Also excellent with a dark chocolate mousse. To serve at 14-16° C.
